I have been involved in logistics and operational management for 14 years. In 2018, I founded Growth Headquarters because I saw how local companies were losing money due to the lack of simple procedures.
I am not a consultant in a suit who gives lectures. I enter a company, check bank statements, and count machine work time. My job is to find the resources you already have but don't know how to use. Resources on the table – that is my principle.
