Terms of Service and Cooperation Principles – Growth Headquarters

1. General provisions and definitions

These terms define the rules for using the service and the conditions for providing services by Growth Headquarters based in Rzeszów at ul. Mickiewicza 12. We operate as a team of analysts and tactical planning practitioners. Our goal is to mobilize resources in your company. Straight talk, no fluff. We use specific terms. Client is the person or company ordering an audit or plan from us. Service is a specific report, market reconnaissance, or mobilization plan. Resources are your people, equipment, and cash, which we analyze. By using this site, you accept these rules in full. If you do not agree with them, leave the service. Numbers don't lie – clear rules are the basis for every effective market strike.

2. Types and scope of provided services

Growth Headquarters provides services in the field of operational management and market intelligence. The main product is the Resource Mobilization Plan. This is a document we implement within 14 business days. The second pillar is the Zero Audit. It lasts 3 full days at your plant or office. We check 43 control points. The third service is Reconnaissance and Competitive Intelligence. Scanning the competitor's terrain usually takes us 11 days. We provide a report on 4 key rivals. The fourth service is Tactical Goals for 90 days. This is a tough quarterly plan with weekly accounting. We do not deal in general consulting. We focus on logistics, finance, and work efficiency. Our services end with a specific report or implementation of operational instructions.

3. Ordering process and zero audit

Cooperation begins with a 20-minute preliminary talk. You can order it through the form on the site. If Mariusz Kaczmarczyk determines we can help, we arrange an audit date. The operational and equipment audit requires our presence on-site. For 3 days, we watch how your machines and people work. We count the real time of service performance. What you say isn't enough – we must see it. After the audit, you receive a list of 5 tasks to perform immediately. The cost of this stage is 3,850 PLN net. It is a fixed, one-time fee. Without an audit, we will not prepare a full mobilization plan. Resources on the table – we must know what you have at your disposal before we move forward.

4. Client obligations and data reliability

Business is a team game. As the Client, you are obliged to provide us with true financial data. If you hide payment bottlenecks, our plan will not work. We must have insight into bank statements and the team's work time. You are responsible for the reliability of the figures provided. If your warehouse worker lies in reports, we will detect it, but you will lose time and money. You must provide us with access to the production floor or office during work hours. Your obligation is to designate one person to contact our coordinator. Without your involvement, the mobilization plan will only be a piece of paper. We provide the map, but you must go into the field. If you do not provide data within 3 days of the request, the report deadline automatically shifts.

5. Payment terms and operation prices

At Growth Headquarters, we prioritize clear finances. Zero Audit costs 3,850 PLN. Full Resource Mobilization Plan costs 12,400 PLN. Line Support (monthly supervision) costs 2,750 PLN. All stated amounts are net prices. We issue VAT invoices with a payment deadline of 3 days from the date of ordering the appointment. Work begins after the payment is credited. We do not work in a subscription model that lasts for years. You pay for a specific stage: audit, plan, or reconnaissance. If during work it turns out that you need additional competitor analyses, we will establish this in a separate briefing. There are no hidden fees for travel within Rzeszów and the surrounding areas up to 30 km. Above this distance, we add a rate per kilometer according to current fuel costs.

6. Intellectual property and confidentiality

Our knowledge is our ammunition. All checklists, 90-day plan templates, and operational instructions are the property of Growth Headquarters. The Client receives the right to use them exclusively within their company. You do not have the right to sell them, copy them for other entities, or publish them online. Scanning the competitor's terrain is our proprietary method. On the other hand, we guarantee full confidentiality. Your payment bottlenecks and margins are safe with us. We do not show your results to other companies in your industry. If we scan the competition for you, they will never know who ordered the report. This is a tough rule of business intelligence. We store documents on encrypted drives for 12 months after the completion of operations and then destroy them.

7. Responsibility and reality guarantee

Numbers don't lie, but numbers don't work for a person. Growth Headquarters is responsible for the reliability of the prepared plan based on the data provided by you. We do not guarantee profit if the plan is not implemented according to our guidelines. If Mariusz Kaczmarczyk recommends firing an ineffective employee and you keep them, costs will not fall. We are responsible for punctuality. Report in 11 days is our promise. If we are late due to our analysts' fault, you will receive a 5% discount on the next stage. Our financial responsibility is limited to the amount paid for a given stage of the service. We are not responsible for lost benefits or decisions made by the Client based on the report if they were contrary to our tactical conclusions.

8. Termination of contract and interruption of work

Every operation can be interrupted. You can resign from the audit up to 7 days before its start without costs. If you resign later, we deduct 30% of the value for the analysts' time reservation. After work starts at your company, there are no refunds. If during the audit it comes to light that the company is insolvent and there is no hope for rescue, we will say so straight. Then we stop work, and you only pay for the time spent in the field. We can also terminate the agreement if the Client lies in financial data or hinders access to resources. Straight talk – either we work on facts or we don't work at all. All unused advances are returned within 7 business days.

9. Final provisions and disputes

The regulations are valid from the moment of publication on the site. Changes come into force on the day of their announcement but do not apply to operations already started. In unregulated matters, the Civil Code decides. If a dispute arises, we always sit down at the table and talk first. We don't like wasting time in courts. If, however, negotiations fail, the appropriate court is the District Court in Rzeszów. Growth Headquarters has operated in the heart of Rzeszów since 2018, and here we resolve our matters. All complaints regarding reports should be reported to [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the document. We consider them within 3 business days. Business is a discipline, and these regulations are our code of conduct.
