Do you have to come in person to my company's headquarters?
Yes. The operational and equipment audit requires our presence on-site for 3 full days. We must see how people and machines actually work because numbers in tables often don't show the truth about downtimes.
Do you take on every crisis assignment?
Honestly, we don't save every company. If debts are too large and the owner doesn't want to change habits, we will say so straight at the first meeting. We only accept up to 6 new clients per quarter to give each maximum attention.
How quickly will I see the first concrete results?
Usually, you will receive the first report with 43 control points within 11 business days of completing the audit. The entire mobilization plan implementation takes us an average of 14 days. Straight talk, without unnecessary extension of procedures.
Are there additional costs during the cooperation?
Numbers don't lie – our prices are fixed and listed in the offer. A zero audit costs 3,850 PLN and there are no hidden fees or forced subscriptions here. You pay for a specific stage of work performed.
How do you track competition moves?
We use only legal business intelligence methods. We examine real prices, delivery deadlines, and weak points of rivals that they themselves often don't even know about yet. This is hard market knowledge, not guesswork.
Do you feel like the company is spinning in place?
We accept up to 6 new clients per quarter to maintain high implementation quality. Check if we have a slot available for March.
